SITUATIONFurze Farm Bed & Breakfast are one and a half miles north of the historic town of Great Torrington in the heart of Tarka Country. RHS Rosemoor Gardens, the Tarka Trail, Torrington 1646 and Dartington Crystal are only 5 minutes drive. There are 20 miles of picturesque walks around Torrington's 365 acres of Common land. Bideford, Appledore, Instow, Westward Ho! and Atlantic Village are within 20 minutes drive. Barnstaple, Clovelly, Arlington Court, Marwood Gardens, Hartland Abbey and the beaches of the North Devon and North Cornwall coast are within easy reach as are the moors of Exmoor and Dartmoor. |

ACCOMMODATIONTwo double/twin, one family and one single room, all with ensuite bathrooms or private bathroom. The beds are pocket sprung and guest often remark on their comfort. All rooms are spacious with colour TV and tea making tray. A small fridge is provided on the landing for milk and drinks ect. Rooms are indivually and tastefully furnished and decorated with scencilling. There is a seperate lounge with cosy woodburning fire on cold winter evenings. Comfort and warmth are a priority. |
FOODA traditional hearty farmhouse breakfast is served using local free range farm eggs and fresh baked bread. Numerous good eating establishments can be found within 5 minutes drive or guests are welcome to bring back takeaway food. (Crockery and cutlery provided).
